About
2011
In the 1970’s I worked at Xerox PARC in the Smalltalk group; in the 1980’s I was in the original Macintosh development team where I designed and developed the Finder; and I cofounded a company where my team and I designed the first community-intelligence fund trading system on the Web. I’ve worked on computational linguistics and NLP for the past five years at a number of companies. I received my B.S. in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University, and my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon University.
